All of our products are digital PDF patterns. Physical shipments are not available. Once your order is complete, you can download your pattern from the "My Orders" page and also access it through the link sent to your email address.
Your download link is valid for 30 days. During this period, you must download and save your files to your device.
Digital products cannot be refunded or canceled once the download link is provided. However, if you experience any technical issues, please contact us.
Your payments are received through the secure PayTR infrastructure. You can pay with credit and debit cards.
You can print your patterns at home on an A4 printer or in A0 (if you have one) format, easily assemble the pieces with video instructions or photo tutorials, and start sewing.
