Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties
This contract has been drawn up between the Seller, whose information is given below, and the Buyer, who makes online purchases through the website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The Buyer becomes a party to the contract based on the name, surname, address and e-mail information declared in the system during the order.

Article 2 – Subject
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the Buyer purchased electronically through the Seller's website.

Delivery Time: Instant delivery immediately after purchase

Article 3 – Delivery

• The purchased product is digital content and no physical delivery is made.

• Once the order is completed, the product will be available for download on the “My Orders” page and will also be accessible via a link sent to the recipient’s email address.

• Download links are active for 30 days and must be saved to the recipient's device within this period.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal and Return

• In accordance with Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital products that are delivered instantly electronically.

• Once the download link is provided, no refund or cancellation requests will be accepted.

• However, in case of technical problems, the Seller can be contacted and the necessary support will be provided.

Article 5 – General Provisions

• The Buyer accepts that the product purchased is digital and that there is no right of return.

• The Seller undertakes to fulfill its obligations fully and completely, except for force majeure reasons.

• In any disputes that may arise between the parties, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply.

Article 6 – Entry into Force
This agreement is deemed to have been accepted by the parties by electronic approval.
