DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY

  • All products sold on our site are digital PDF sewing patterns.

  • No physical products or cargo are shipped.

  • After the purchase is completed, the relevant product becomes available for download on the customer's "My Orders" page and a download link is also sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer during the order.

  • Since digital products are delivered instantly, there is no shipping process.

RETURN POLICY

  • Since the products are digital content, in accordance with Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, titled “Contracts in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used”, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and returns/cancellations cannot be requested after the download link is provided for digital products.

  • However, if a product cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue or if a file is missing or an error is found, the customer can contact our support team. In this case, we will perform the necessary checks and provide the customer with the opportunity to download again.
